Very popular :ayyy:

I'm guessing this is a question more for the community than for the manufacturer, so I'll leave this open to the board. We have plans to move forward with expansions, however, it's popularity we won't have any control over.

I'm usualy a collector and don't play much, but I plan to play this game as well as collect at the same time. I think once the word gets out there it will catch on pretty quickly. I already got a few of my firends interested in it.

p.s. will there be a card list or spoiler released?

All cards can be found in the gallery http://www.dungeoncrawler.com/ccg/gallery_01_pg01.php

I'm certain as time goes on, there will be cards that out-value other cards, but we did not go to print with "chase cards" in mind.

Our estimation is that the rare Character/Dungeon cards will be the most valuable, followed by the rare Crawler cards and finally the Adventure cards.

The greatest "chase cards" we have at this point are the promotional cards found here http://www.dungeoncrawler.com/ccg/gallery_promos_01.php which can be spoiled for events or promotions. These cards will eventually be released in future sets as the game develops and we have already prepared some additional promo cards for the future. :)

so after the initial set, and being that anyone can buy 4 booster boxes and get all the cards. will it be more random based as time goes on like magic where you would have to buy alot and still not be guranteed to get all the cards?

Our intention is to release a new booster set very 18 months and put our first booster/starter set (Unbound) out of print.

During the booster set print runs we intend to release smaller expansion products which will be seeded.

We have no intention of banning, retiring or rotating sets at this time. So older sets will gain value over time. Some older staple cards may see reprinting, but will have either different set symbols or art changes if not both.

We are looking to provide a variety of products to our customers, for those that like randomization and those that like the security of seeding.

Seeding as you put it seems very much like what I as a gamer wants to see (almost like the LCG of FF games ;) ) either way full sets for a one time investment is the best way a game could possibly go IMO

I agree, it's totally more enjoyable than having hopes crushed after ripping open countless packs of cards. XD
I'm so glad I'm catching on to this as it's starting, it'll make it that much easier for me to keep up with card collecting and purchasing of sets as they come out.
